THE TEAM

JEREMY NELSON

REgeneration Development

Our core mission is to develop innovative, sustainable communities in pioneering locations.  We fell in love with Downtown Grand Junction the first time we visited from Durango.  We’re grateful to the Grand Junction Downtown Development Authority for selecting us as their partner for Lowell Village.  To achieve our shared vision for a catalytic downtown housing project, we've invested significantly and paid careful attention to the details.  We believe the results go well beyond the conventional and will exceed homebuyer’s expectations.  If you’re looking for something a bit more unique to call home, we welcome you to join the Lowell Village community.

CHRISTI REECE

The Christi Reece Group

Our group has been fortunate to help thousands of families with their real estate needs in the Grand Valley, and we couldn't be more excited to be the exclusive listing agent for this town home community.  For those home buyers looking to live in the heart of walk-able downtown Grand Junction while still enjoying a modern 'all new’ home, there's really nothing like Lowell Village on the market.  Even better, the community¹s Metro District is perfect for those who want a stylish, low-maintenance, lock-and-and leave home.
